What is a “digital download” and how does it work?

Digital products are available as soon as online checkout is completed. Use a computer (not a phone), and simply click the download link on the receipt page. Once clicked, the digital item(s) will immediately begin to download to the computer (likely in a “Downloads” folder). You will then need to transfer your item(s) to your music library (for digital albums) or eBook reader (iPad, iPhone, Kindle, etc.).

A digital download link will also be sent to the customer’s email and will expire 24 hours after the first download. Should you need to download again at a later time, please contact us and we can work with you to send a new link..

Please note that downloading digital products directly to your phone, tablet, eBook reader, etc. will not work. You will need to first download the file to a computer, unzip the file, and then transfer to your other devices.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. Digital items are available immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?
